I stayed here for 9 nights striaght as a solo guest. The location of the hotel is great as you can access to any place easily. The room was clean, the TV and wifi worked well. The balcony just outside the room added further convenience. The owner and the staffs are friendly. I would say the price is jusitfiable taking all those points into account.

Everything from the appealing offer, the swift airport pickup in a minivan, the smooth check-in experience, and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable, with a great bed, a desk area, and hot water for shower. The mood lighting near the bed was an excellent touch - no need for bright overhead lights. Breakfast was enjoyable. The coffee was fantastic!

We loved our say at Karma hotel- we actually stayed here for a total of 6 nights, as we had flooding in Kathmandu and they were so helpful in extending and even when we still couldn't get our bus to Pokhara and they were fully booked they found us a new hotel for the same price and liaised everything for us- it was so kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds and pillow were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was super clean and had the best hot showers we had our whole trip. It is run by the most welcoming staff who we enjoyed having chat with and they were also all super caring checking in on how my partner was when he was unwell. They really do go out of their way for their guests. You can also book tours, transport and get information about where to go all from the hotel if your seeking help with your trip. Highly recommend.

This was the first place I stayed at in Nepal and I feel like I got very lucky !! Perfect location, free airport pick-up, great complimentary breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his staff were super friendly and helpful and it was an absolute bargain as I arrived in the low season so the prices were very low. It's pretty cold this time of year but the heating in the room kept it toasty 24/7 !! Honestly, the only problem I can see is that all other hotels in Nepal are probably going to be a disappointment in comparison :-/

We had a wonderful stay here! On our journey from India to Kathmandu we both got food poisoning & upon arrival at the hotel the staff did everything they could to help us. We felt very looked after & this continued for the duration of our stay. The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of Thamel, close to everything. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean & breakfast was good, especially the coffee. But for us, the staff were the highlight. We have been travelling for almost 2 years & they are up there with the best we've ever encountered. We felt so welcome - thank you for having us!

We arrived one day late due to problems with our flight, the staff was very welcoming and managed to postpone our stay easily with no extra charge. We were picked up from the airport for free. For all our stay the staff had been very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very very clean (no stains on the towels and bed sheets), the water was warm, the hotel is pretty quiet, and also the road is not noisy, even though it is right in the city centre. The location is truly amazing, everything you need is just around there. We really enjoyed and we do recommend this place. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at Karma Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, neat, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel is also economical, offering excellent value for money without compromising on quality. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There were good options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. Overall, Karma Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
